Corbeau Gallery is showcasing contemporary artists from across the country during the most illustrious time for art in the West. Following the gallery's inaugural summer, we celebrate the close of the season with our most distinguished group exhibition to date. Eight artists are brought together for a limited engagement show at The Cloudveil. Over two days during the Fall Arts Festival, attendees will have the rare opportunity to experience this eclectic collection of works in person. With The Cloudveil located just off the town square, collectors can discover some of the brightest, most creative, and talented painters working in the genre today.
From emerging to established voices, the breadth of Western iconography, lore, and landscape is explored. We look skyward to Laura Guese's billowing cloudscapes and the cosmic horses of Kym Day. Back down to earth, striking landscapes are captured by John Taft, Bruce Brainard, and Scott Yeager. Those who inhabit these rugged terrains-cowboys, each with their own narrative-are brought to life in vastly different mediums through the work of Drew Christie and Nicholas Ward.
Together, these artists offer a vibrant, multifaceted vision of the contemporary West, one that honors tradition while pushing its boundaries. This limited group exhibition invites viewers to immerse themselves in a moment of discovery, connection, and celebration of the enduring spirit of Western art.
